OVERVIEW
This 24’ tiny house was designed for a young couple who wants a spacious home for cooking and gather with friends while still relatively convenient to move around with it. A high design bathroom, an open kitchen, and an office/hallway is a perfect home for a modern and adventurous family.

Design
Exterior
This tiny house is clad with our signature red cedar wood siding and Shou Sugi Ban trims. It is a very simple design. We custom-built hexagon shape windows for our clients to give the house a unique look but the windows can be in any shape. We used charcoal-colored metal roof sidings to create a transition while having a contrast. The roof slope differs from our other tiny house models, which give it a dynamic, linear exterior look.

Interior
The interior design of PATOKA house is a combination of modern and cabin style. The natural wood materials and white interior panels give the house a warm, welcoming, and aesthetic look. The PATOKA’s kitchen is very minimalist but functional. There is a full-size stainless steel fridge, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher drawer, and a potential place for a convection oven. The spacious hallway can be multifunctional is a perfect place to fit a standing desk or a foldable dining table. The living room area feels very spacious with its high ceiling. It can fit a pull-out sofa to accommodate more guests.
